Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for 2-Day Showreel Shoot 1. Definitions • Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking the showreel shoot. • Provider: Refers to the production company or service provider conducting the shoot. • Deliverables: Refers to the final showreel footage and edited materials provided to the Client. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot date will not incur additional charges. This is due to the film crew and talent travelling from interstate, and logistically involves equipment transfer, talent and director availability. • Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot will be charged 50% of the amount. • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at the Provider’s discretion and may incur additional fees. 3. Shoot Details • The shoot will take place over two consecutive days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • The Provider will supply equipment, crew, director and talent. Props and locations are not included. • The Client must provide any specific props, wardrobe, or materials unless otherwise agreed. We will try to help obtain any required props where possible. • The shoot schedule will be planned collaboratively but must adhere to the agreed-upon time frame. 4. Client Responsibilities • The Client must arrive on time and prepared for the shoot. • Any delays caused by the Client may result in reduced shooting time or additional charges. • The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for locations or materials used during the shoot. 5. Provider Responsibilities • The Provider will deliver professional-grade footage and editing services as agreed. • The Provider will make every effort to complete the project within the timeline specified in the agreement. • The Provider will ensure all equipment and personnel meet professional standards. 6. Deliverables - The final showreel will be delivered within 14 days after the completion of the shoot. - The Client will receive digital files via download link. - The Provider will allow up to 3 rounds of revisions to the final edit. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. 7. Intellectual Property • The Provider does not have rights to any footage not created by us. It is up to the client to bear the implications of using material if copywritten. • All footage shot during the production remains the property of the Provider until full payment is received. • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the
